Functional Description TLE4253 monolithic integrated low-dropout voltage tracking regulator small PG-DSO-8 package. designed supply off-board systems, sensors engine management systems under severe conditions automotive applications. Therefore, equipped with additional protection functions against reverse polarity short circuit battery. With supply voltages output voltage follows reference voltage applied adjust input with high accuracy. reference voltage applied directly adjust input external resistor divider minimum. output able drive loads minimum while device follows output main voltage regulator acting reference with high accuracy. TLE4253 tracker into shutdown mode order reduce quiescent current extremly value. This suits suitable power battery applications.
