High-Linearity, 650MHz 1000MHz Upconversion/ Downconversion Mixer with Buffer/Switch
MAX2032 high-linearity passive upconverter downconverter mixer designed provide +33dBm IIP3, conversion loss 650MHz 1000MHz frequency range support multitude base-station applications. With 650MHz 1250MHz frequency range, this particular mixer ideal high-side injection architectures. pin-to-pincompatible mixer meant low-side injection, refer MAX2029. addition offering excellent linearity noise performance, MAX2032 also yields high level component integration. This device includes doublebalanced passive mixer core, dual-input selectable switch, buffer. On-chip baluns also integrated allow single-ended input downconversion output upconversion) single-ended inputs. MAX2032 requires nominal drive 0dBm, supply current guaranteed below 100mA. MAX2032 compatible with MAX2039/ MAX2041 1700MHz 2200MHz mixers, making this family passive upconverters downconverters ideal applications where common layout used both frequency bands.
