LT1881/LT1882 Dual Quad Rail-to-Rail Output, Picoamp Input Precision Amps DESCRIPTION
LT®1881 LT1882 amps bring high accuracy input performance amplifiers with rail-to-rail output swing. Input bias currents capacitive load driving capabilities superior similar LT1884 LT1885 amplifiers, cost slight loss speed. Input offset voltage trimmed less than drift maintains this accuracy over operating temperature range. Input bias currents ultralow 200pA maximum. amplifiers work total power supply voltage between 2.7V (fully specified from ±15V). Output voltage swings within 40mV negative supply 220mV positive supply make these amplifiers good choices voltage single supply operation. Capacitive loads 1000pF driven directly unity-gain follower applications. dual LT1881 LT1881A available with standard pinouts PDIP packages. quad LT1882 14-pin package. higher speed device with similar specifications, LT1884/LT1885.

LT1881 dual LT1882 quad amps feature exceptional input precision with rail-to-rail output swing. amplifiers similar LT1884 LT1885 devices. LT1881 LT1882 offer superior capacitive load driving capabilities over LT1884 LT1885 voltage gain configurations. Offset voltages trimmed less than input bias currents less than 200pA grade devices. Obtaining beneficial advantage these precision input characteristics depends upon proper applications circuit design board layout. Preserving Input Precision Preserving input voltage accuracy LT1881/LT1882 requires that applications circuit board layout introduce errors comparable greater than offset. Temperature differentials across input connections generate thermocouple voltages 10's microvolts. board layouts should keep connections amplifier's input pins close together away from heat dissipating components. currents across board also generate temperature differentials. extremely input bias currents, 150pA, allow high accuracy maintained with high impedance sources feedback networks.
