aIVR8511
85sec voice duration sampling with 4-bit ADPCM compression. Combination voice building blocks extend playback duration. Table entries available voice block combinations. User selectable ADPCM data compress. Voice Group Trigger Options: Edge Level; Hold Un-hold; Retrigger Non-retrigger. Programmable I/Os, Timer Interrupt Watch Timer. Built-in oscillator with fixed Rosc, software control sampling frequency 2.2V 3.6V single power supply stand-by current. Vout1 Vout2 drive speaker directly with levels volume selection. COUT with ramp-up ramp-down option drive speaker through external BJT.
DESCRIPTION
Aplus' aIVR8511 8-bit based Voice chip. fabricated with Standard CMOS process with embedded voice storage memory. store 85sec voice message with 4-bit ADPCM compression 6KHz sampling rate. 8-bit also available user selectable option improve sound quality. There eleven programmable pins. trigger Parallel trigger mode configured according different application requirement. User selectable triggering output signal options provide maximum flexibility various applications. Built-in resistor controlled oscillator, 8-bit current mode output direct speaker driving output minimize number external components. levels volume control speaker direct drive available.
