National leader Power Management because company continues release innovative effective solutions. instance, National's Constant On-Time (COT) buck regulators (such LM5007, LM5008, LM5010, etc.) retain benefits conventional hysteretic regulators while maintaining relatively constant operating frequency. LM5000 series Emulated Current Mode (ECM) controlled buck regulators (such LM5005, LM5116, LM5575, etc.) retain benefits traditional current mode control without inherent noise susceptibility problems. Both topologies allow power designers reliably achieve small on-times necessary large step-down applications.
