(ILE): Integral Non-Linearity. maximum departure code from ideal transfer curve. measure straightness transfer function curve. (DLE): Differential Non-Linearity. measure maximum deviation from ideal step size LSB. Offset Error (Input Offset Error): difference between ideal input value input voltage that causes output code transition from zero first code. Gain Error: deviation from ideal slope transfer function. actual transfer curve shifted offset error zero, difference between actual ideal transition full scale gain error. TUE: Total Unadjusted Error combination INL, offset gain errors. worst-case deviation from ideal device transfer curve. SFDR: Spurious Free Dynamic Range. SFDR difference, expressed between desired signal amplitude amplitude peak spurious spectral component, where spurious spectral component signal present output spectrum that present input harmonic. THD: Total Harmonic Distortion. ratio value specified number harmonic components value output signal. SINAD (SNDR): Signal-to-Noise Distortion ratio (also known S/(N+D). This overall measure dynamic performance ADC. SINAD calculated from THD. ratio value fundamental signal value other spectral components which below clock frequency, including harmonics excluding signals.
