General Description
MAX2209 wideband (800MHz 2GHz) power detector. takes signal from directional coupler input, outputs voltage proportional peak voltage. change output voltage versus temperature very repeatable from part part enables lookup table based nominal behavior, minimizing effective detection error less than Q0.5dB relative room temperature. MAX2209 comes space-saving 0.5mm pitch wafer-level package (WLP) requires only external components.
