MASW-007935 ideally suited applications where very power consumption, insertion loss very small size required. Typical application dual band systems which require switching between small signal components such filter banks, single band LNA's, converters etc. MASW-007935 used applications 0.25 Watts systems such CDMA, WCDMA, PCS, DCS1800, other analog/ digital wireless communications systems. MASW-007935 fabricated using mature micron GaAs PHEMT process. process features full passivation increased performance reliability.
