Typical applications include WiMAX, WLAN, Mesh networks, fixed wireless access, other higher power systems. This switch very high initial compression point, ideal complex modulations such OFDM, with large peak average power levels. MASW-007921 fabricated using micron gate length GaAs pHEMT process. process features full passivation performance reliability.
