Description
M/A-COM's MASW-007221 GaAs monolithic switch lead-free SC-70 (SOT-363) surface mount plastic package. MASW-007221 ideally suited applications where very power consumption, insertion loss, very small size, cost required. Typical applications dual band systems where switching between small signal components required, i.e. filter banks, single-band LNA's, converters, etc. MASW-007221 used applications 0.25 watts systems such cellular, PCS, DCS1800, GSM, CDMA, W-CDMA other analog digital wireless communication systems. MASW-007221 fabricated using mature micron PHEMT process. process features full passivation performance reliability.
