MASW-000834-13560T SPDT Broadband, high linearity, common anode, diode switch 0.05 applications, including WiMAX WiFi. device provided industry standard PQFN plastic packaging. This device incorporates diode fabricated with M/A-COM Technology Solutions patented Silicon-Glass HMICprocess. This chip features silicon pedestals embedded loss, dispersion glass. diodes formed each pedestal. topside fully encapsulated with silicon nitride additional polymer passivation layer. These polymer protective coatings prevent damage contamination during handling assembly. This compact PQFN package, SPDT switch offers wideband 0.05 performance with excellent isolation loss ratio both states. diode provides exceptional C.W. power handling IIP3 2010 maximum switch performance.
