Description Applications
M/A-COM's MASW-000825-12770T compact SP2T diode switch lead-free plastic package that offers extraordinary performance with excellent isolation loss ratio both states. SP2T provides outstanding C.W. power handling coupled with IIP3 maximum switch performance. MASW-000825-12770T 0.05 6.0GHz SP2T High Peak Average Power diode switch used Protect Switch applications such WiMAX TDSCDMA. This device incorporates diode fabricated with M/A-COM's patented Silicon-Glass HMICprocess. This chip features silicon pedestals embedded loss, dispersion glass. diodes formed each pedestal. topside fully encapsulated with silicon nitride additional polymer passivation layer. These polymer protective coatings prevent damage contamination during handling assembly.
