M/A-COM's MASW-000105 GaAs PHEMT MMIC single pole throw (SP6T) high power switch PQFN package. Designed dual-, tri-, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE mobile devices, MASW-000105 ideally suited applications where high power, control voltage, insertion loss, high isolation, small size cost required. This part used systems operating requiring high power control voltage. MASW-000105 fabricated using micron gate length GaAs PHEMT process. process features full passivation performance reliability. MASW-000105 also purchased form MASWSS0091.
