Functional Description
TLE4966K integrated circuit double Hall-effect sensor designed specifically highly accurate applications. Circuit Description
chopped Double Hall Switch comprises Hall probes, bias generator, compensation circuits, oscillator, output transistors. bias generator provides currents Hall probes active circuits. Compensation circuits stabilize temperature behavior reduce technology variations. Active Error Compensation rejects offsets signal stages influence mechanical stress Hall probes caused molding soldering processes other thermal stresses package. This chopper technique together with threshold generator comparator ensures high accurate magnetic switching points.
