ADG406/ADG407/ADG426 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
ADG406, ADG407, ADG426 monolithic CMOS analog multiplexers. ADG406 ADG426 switch sixteen inputs common output determined 4-bit binary address lines: ADG426 on-chip address control latches that facilitate microprocessor interfacing. ADG407 switches eight differential inputs common differential output determined 3-bit binary address lines input devices used enable disable device. When disabled, channels switched off. ADG406/ADG407/ADG426 designed enhanced LC2MOS process that provides power dissipation gives high switching speed resistance. These features make parts suitable high speed data acquisition systems audio signal switching. power dissipation makes parts suitable battery powered systems. Each channel conducts equally well both directions when input signal range which extends supplies. condition, signal levels supplies blocked. channels exhibit breakbefore-make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. Inherent design charge injection minimum transients when switching digital inputs.
