Description TLE4209G protected H-Bridge Driver designed specifically automotive manual headlight beam control industrial servo control applications with DC-brush motor loads. part built using bipolar high voltage power technology DOPL. standard enhanced power PG-DSO-14-22 package meets application requirements saves PCBboard space costs. package lead- halogen-free. servo-loop-parameter pos.- neg. Hysteresis, pos.- neg. deadband angle-amplification programmable with external resistors. internal window-comparator controls input line. case fault condition, like short circuit GND, short circuit supply-voltage, broken wire, TLE4209G stops motor immediately (brake condition). Furthermore built features like over- under voltage-lockout, short-circuit-protection overtemperature-protection will open wide range automotive- industrial applications.
