DESCRIPTION
DG381A_MIL DG390A_MIL monolithic CMOS analog switches were designed applications instrumentation, communications, process control. This series suited applications requiring fast switching nearly flat on-resistance over entire voltage range. Designed Vishay Siliconix' PLUS-40 CMOS process, these devices achieve power consumption (3.5 typical) excellent on/off switch performance. These switches ideal battery powered applications, without sacrificing switching speed. Break-before-make switching action guaranteed, epitaxial layer prevents latchup. Single supply operation allowed connecting rail Each switch conducts equally well both directions when blocks supply voltage when off. These switches CMOS quasi logic compatible.

APPLICATIONS

This allows their applications where only supply available. trade-offs performance given while using single supplies are: increased rDS(on), slower switching speed.
