DESCRIPTION
J/SST111 series consists all-purpose analog switches designed support wide range applications. J/SST113 useful high-gain amplifier mode. series, TO-226AA (TO-92) plastic package, provides cost, while series, TO236 (SOT-23) package, provides surface-mount capability. Both series available tape-and-reel automated assembly (see Packaging Information).
