General Description
Supertex GN2470 700V, 3.5amp insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) that combines positive aspects both BJTs MOSFETs. GN2470 IGBT lower on-state voltage drop with high blocking voltage capabilities features many desirable properties including input gate, conduction voltage drop high currents.
