System considerations

Erasure operation (applies EPROM)
erasure characteristics M27W256 such that erasure begins when cells exposed light with wavelengths shorter than approximately 4000 should noted that sunlight some type fluorescent lamps have wavelengths 3000-4000 range. Research shows that constant exposure room level fluorescent lighting could erase typical M27W256 about years, while would take approximately week cause erasure when exposed direct sunlight.
