Description
PEP01-5841 been designed protect power over ethernet equipment against line overvoltages. embeds decoupling capacititors stabilize power supplies. compatible with IEEE 802.3af-2003 IEEE 802.3at-2008 requirements allows based systems protected against both electrical overstress (EOS) electrostatic discharges (ESD) according IEC61000-4-5 IEC61000-4-2. clamping voltage (100 makes compatible with PMOS controller technologies. Developed Planar technology, provides high reliability level. Packaged SO-8, this minimizes consumption (footprint accordance with 7531 standard).
