Bootstrap capacity connection pin. This becomes GATE drive power supply external NchMOSFET. Each reference voltage based voltage ground pin. Power supply pin. This monitored UVLO function. When voltage this becomes 7.8V more UVLO function, starts soft start function operates. Reference current current detection. sink current about 20µA flows this pin. When resistance connected between this outside voltage applied lower than voltage terminal side resistance, upper NchMOSFET operating current limiter comparator. This operation reset with respect each pulse. connect capacitor soft start. capacitor soft start charged using voltage about 5µA. This ends soft start period using voltage about 1.1V frequency fold back function becomes active.
