LB1967M 2-phase half-wave driver motor. LB1967M compact package (MFP10). Reduces external parts count mounting space, therefore making this support motors with wide range sizes speeds.
Functions
Dual power supply voltage design (5/12V) wide voltage handling range. Built-in Hall amplifier with hysteresis (supports core without commutating pole). Built-in lockup protection automatic recovery circuits (External capacitor rotation detection need only 0.1F, allowing compact, cost-saving design). Built-in output (VOsat 0.2V (typ) 5mA) Built-in output transistor with output withstand voltage (min)/output current 500mA (average), 1.2A (peak). Built-in thermal protection circuit.
