Bidirectional Motor Driver
LB1930M saturation voltage single-channel H-bridge bidirectional motor driver that supports low-voltage drive. This device optimal cassette player loading motors.
Features
saturation voltage reduces internal heating allows high voltage applied motor. Thus this device used even environments with high operating ambient temperature. Output saturation voltage: Vsat1 0.25V typical 0.2A) (High side side): Vsat2 0.55V typical 0.5A) Operating temperature range: +85°C LB1930M features wide operating voltage range 10.8V standby current drain 0.1µA, therefore easily used battery operated systems. minimize through currents, LB1930M internal logic passes through internal standby state when switched input signals between forward/reverse brake, between forward reverse. There constraints relationship between input voltage supply voltage. example, LB1930M used with chip exceeds 180°C output short causing large current flow, built-in thermal protection circuit suppresses drive current prevent fires destruction MFP-10S miniature package. Also, LB1930M features high allowable power dissipation 800mW.
