General description
PRTR5V0U8S designed protect Input/Output (I/O) ports that sensitive concerning capacitive load, such 2.0, Ethernet, Digital Video Interface (DVI), etc. from destruction ElectroStatic Discharges (ESD). Therefore, PRTR5V0U8S incorporates eight pairs ultra-low capacity rail-to-rail diodes plus additional Zener diode provide protection downstream signal supply components from voltages high contact discharge. rail-to-rail diodes being connected Zener diode, protection working independent from availability supply voltage. PRTR5V0U8S fabricated using thin film-on-silicon technology integrates eight pairs ultra-low capacity rail-to-rail protection diodes miniature 10-lead TSSOP10 package.
