General description
PRTR5V0U4Y designed protect Input/Output (I/O) ports that sensitive capacitive load, such 2.0, Ethernet from destruction ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD). provides protection downstream signal supply components from voltages high (contact discharge). PRTR5V0U4Y incorporates four pairs ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes plus Zener diode. rail-to-rail diodes connected Zener diode which allows protection independent supply voltage. PRTR5V0U4Y fabricated using thin film-on-silicon technology integrating four ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail protection diodes miniature 6-lead SOT363 package.
