General description
PRTR5V0U4D designed protect Input/Output (I/O) ports that sensitive concerning capacitive load, such 2.0, Ethernet, DVI, etc. from destruction ElectroStatic Discharges (ESD). provides protection downstream signal supply components from voltages high (contact discharge). PRTR5V0U4D incorporates four pairs ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes plus additional Zener diode. rail-to-rail diodes connected Zener diode which allows protection independent availability supply voltage. PRTR5V0U4D fabricated using monolithic silicon technology integrating four ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail protection diodes miniature 6-lead SOT457 package.
