DESCRIPTION These Microsemi Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVSs) designed applications requiring protection voltage-sensitive electronic devices that damaged harsh severe voltage transients including lightning IEC61000-4-5 class levels with various source impedances described herein. This series generally available volt standoff voltages (VWM) both unidirectional bi-directional offered different package designs axial radial configurations.
