DESCRIPTION Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) series 1N5908 1N6267-1N6303A JEDEC registered selections unidirectional devices. popular series 1.5KE6.8-1.5KE400CA offers similar voltages with extended voltage range also provides bidirectional options with suffix. have same high Peak Pulse Power rating 1500 extremely fast response time. They protect from secondary lightning effects IEC61000-4-5 class levels described herein well inductive switching environments induced protection. Since their response time virtually instantaneous, they also protect from IEC61000-4-2 IEC61000-4-4.
