Functional Description
DM93S41 4-bit high speed parallel arithmetic logic unit (ALU). Controlled four Function Select inputs (S0-S3) Mode Control input (M), perform possible operations different arithmetic operations active HIGH active operands. Function Table below lists these operations. When Mode Control input HIGH, internal carries inhibited device performs logic operations individual bits listed.
