General Description
APW34063 monolithic control circuit containing primary functions required DC-to-DC converters. This device consists internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with active current limit circuit, driver high current output switch. This device specifically designed incorporated Step-Down Step-Up Voltage-Inverting applications with minimum number external components.
