FUNCTION DESCRIPTION HC161A/163A programmable 4-bit synchronous counters that feature parallel Load, synchronous asynchronous Reset, Carry Output cascading, count-enable controls. HC161A HC163A binary counters with asynchronous Reset synchronous Reset, respectively.
INPUTS Clock (Pin CONTROL FUNCTIONS Resetting
