HD151244 using CMOS process, provides high speed high drivability equivalent HD74LS240 with super power dissipation. device eight inverter drivers (three state outputs) package. Each four drivers construct group groups controlled separately which enable output level. Power down protection function keeps output high impedance state regardless state enable inputs.
