Solder Mounting Method
Small light surface-mount packages require spicial attentions solder mounting. solder mounting, pre-heating before soldering needed. following figure show example infrared rays refow. difference thermal expansion coefficeient between mounted substrates leads cause failure like solder peeling soler wet, electrical characteristics change thermal stress. Therefore, mounting should done after sufficient confirmation especially case ceramic substrates.
