AFM02N6-212, noise packaged GaAs MESFET chips. They have excellent gain noise performance through band, making them suitable wide range commercial applications. These devices employ 0.25 Ti/Pd/Au gates surface passivation ensure rugged, reliable part. They available metal ceramic package with choice lead lengths. components also available tape reel ready automatic insertion equipment.
