DESCRIPTION:
This 18-bit transceiver built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. ALVCH16863 noninverting transceiver designed asynchronous communication between data buses. control-function implementation minimizes external timing requirements. This high speed device used independent 9-bit transceivers 18-bit transceiver. allows data transmission from from bus, depending logic level output-enable (OEAB OEBA) inputs. ALVCH16863 been designed with ±24mA output driver. This driver capable driving moderate heavy load while maintaining speed performance. ALVCH16863 "bus-hold" which retains inputs' last state whenever input goes high impedance. This prevents floating inputs eliminates need pull-up/down resistors.
