HT48xA0-1 HT48xA0-2 (OTP Mask Type MCU), Carrier Output chosen,
during Power-on Reset, PC0/REM remains Level. Level Output chosen, during Power-on Reset period, HT48CA0-1 HT48CA0-2 Mask Type MCU, PC0/REM remains High Level, while HT48RA0-1 HT48RA0-2 Type MCU, PC0/REM remains Level about 80ms changes High Level afterwards. port status during Power-on Reset Period Mask Type under different Configuration Options shown Tabel-1.
