General Description
HMC513LP5 HMC513LP5E GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCOs. HMC513LP5 HMC513LP5E integrate resonators, negative resistance devices, varactor diodes feature half frequency divide-by4 outputs. VCO's phase noise performance excellent over temperature, shock, process oscillator's monolithic structure. Power output typical from supply voltage. prescaler function disabled conserve current required. voltage controlled oscillator packaged leadless surface mount package, requires external matching components.
