HMC485MS8G HMC485MS8GE high dynamic range passive MMIC mixers with integrated amplifier plastic surface mount lead Mini Small Outline Packages (MSOP) covering GHz. Excellent input performance down conversion conversion provided 2.5G GSM/CDMA based UMTS applications drive dBm. With input compression dBm, port will accept wide range input signal levels. Conversion loss typical. frequency response will satisfy many UMTS/ transmit receive frequency plans configured side HMC485MS8G(E) input performance coupled with high P1dB rivals traditional active mixers while offering much smaller 14.8mm2 standard footprint.
