HMC244G16 non-reflective SP4T switch lead glass/metal (hermetic) package. Covering GHz, switch offers 30~50 isolation insertion loss through GHz. TTL/CMOS compatable decoder integrated switch requiring only control lines positive bias select each path, replacing control lines normally required GaAs SP4T switches.
