HCPL4502, HCPL2503, 6N135, 6N136, HCPL2530 HCPL2531 optocouplers consist AlGaAs optically coupled high speed photodetector transistor. separate connection bias photodiode improves speed several orders magnitude over conventional phototransistor optocouplers reducing base-collector capacitance input transistor. internal noise shield provides superior common mode rejection 10kV/µs. improved package allows superior insulation permitting 480V working voltage compared industry standard 220V.
