General Description
AP1117 dropout positive adjustable fixed-mode regulator with output current capability. product voltage specifically designed provide well-regulated supply applications such high-speed termination current 3.3V logic supply. AP1117 also well suited other applications such cards. AP1117 guaranteed have lower than 1.4V dropout full load current making ideal provide well-regulated outputs 1.25 with 6.4V input supply. AP1117 available commercial temperature grade.
