General Description
AH266 integrated Hall sensor with output drivers designed electronic commutation brush-less motor applications. device includes on-chip Hall voltage generator magnetic sensing, comparator that amplifies Hall voltage, Schmitt trigger provide switching hysteresis noise rejection, complementary Darlington open-collector drivers sinking large current loads. internal band-gap regulator used provide temperature compensated supply voltage internal circuits allows wide operating supply range. magnetic flux density larger than operation point (Bop), will turn (low) will turn (high). output state latched prior reaching release point (Brp). Brp, will turn will turn AH266 rated operation over temperature range from voltage range from 28V. devices available cost forms rugged packages.
