Bourns® Resistor Networks Available in Lead Free Versions
Bourns has completed the transition of its resistor networks to lead free versions. All Models - 4100, 4300, 4400, 4600, and 4800 - are now available in versions that are lead free per RoHS requirements. Each data sheet notes that the lead free version is RoHS compliant in a diagonal banner located in the upper left corner. The lead free version is indicated by the addition of an "LF" suffix for thick-film-on-ceramic networks (with the exception of the dual terminator circuit - see applicable data sheets) and by the addition of an "L" suffix for thin-film-on-ceramic-networks. An "Availability of Lead Free Chip Arrays, Chip Resistors, and Resistor Networks" table is included as a specific reference that explains to which models the "LF" and "L" should be added to indicate lead free. Pricing and lead time for resistor networks with lead free terminations will remain the same as pricing and lead time for networks with tin-lead terminations.
