General Description
AS1101/AS1102/AS1103/AS1104 drivers designed match current source bias color LED, including white blue. devices drive high-current LEDs, current programmable using external resistor (RSET). AS1101 currents ISET (per LED, typ) cathode voltage (VSAT) 150mV ISET (typ) VSAT where ISET current through RSET connected CTRL. AS1102, AS1103, AS1104 currents ISET (per LED, typ) VSAT 150mV ISET (typ) VSAT AS1101, AS1102, AS1104 incorporate chipenable feature When devices disabled, supply current drops less than 1µA. AS1101, AS1102, AS1103 available 6-pin SC70 package; AS1104 available 8-pin MSOP package.
