GENERAL DESCRIPTION
APE1707 series monolithic designed step-down DC/DC converter, ability driving load without additional transistor. saves board space. external shutdown function controlled logic level then come into standby mode. internal compensation makes feedback control having good line load regulation without external design. Regarding protected function, thermal shutdown prevent over temperature operating from damage, current limit against over current operating output switch. current limit function occurs down below 0.5V, switching frequency will reduced. APE1707 series operates switching frequency 150KHz thus allow smaller sized filter components than what would needed with lower frequency switching regulators. output version included fixed 3.3V, 12V, adjustable type. chips available standard 8-lead package.

Output voltage: 3.3V, adjustable output version1. Adjustable version output voltage range, 1.23V 38.5V. 150KHz fixed switching frequency. Voltage mode non-synchronous control. FUNCTION DESCRIPTIONS
Functions This positive input supply switching regulator. suitable input bypass capacitor must presented this minimize voltage transients supply switching currents needed regulator. Circuit ground.
