Accutek AK632128W SRAM Module consists fast high performance SRAMs mounted height, PCB. module utilizes four 128K SRAMs packages four decoupling capacitors mounted front side printed circuit board. SRAMs used have common functions single output enable functions. Also, four separate chip select (CE) connections used independently enable four bytes. modules supplied variety access time values from 7nSEC 35nSEC CMOS BiCMOS technology. Accutek module designed have maximum seated height 0.600 inch 0.520 inch provide lowest height board. Each conforms JEDEC-standard sizes pin-out configurations. Using pins module denisty identification, PD1, minimizes interchangeability design considerations when changing from module size other customer applications.
