WCDMA/HSPA+ Band Linear Module
RF7200 high-power, high-efficiency, Band linear power amplifier (PA) module designed 50-ohm WCDMA-enabled mobile devices. RF7200 features digital power mode states which allow lower current consumption lower power levels, eliminating need DC-DC converter. This module also integrates output power couplers, eliminating need place discrete couplers externally therefore saving board space bill-of-materials (BOM) cost. RF7200 module available 10-pin, laminate package.
