RF7202 high-power, high-efficiency, dual-band linear power amplifier (PA) module designed 50-ohm WCDMA-enabled mobile devices. This module optimized operate Bands dual-band WCDMA/HSPA+ applications digital power mode states which allow lower current consumption lower power levels, eliminating need DC-DC converter. RF7202 also integrates output power couplers, eliminating need place discrete couplers externally therefore saving board space bill-of-materials (BOM) cost.
