Description
DG417/418/419 monolithic CMOS analog switches were designed provide high performance switching analog signals. Combining power, leakages, high speed, resistance small physical size, DG417 series ideally suited portable battery powered industrial military applications requiring high performance efficient board space. achieve high voltage ratings superior switching performance, DG417 series built Siliconix's high voltage silicon gate (HVSG) process. Break before make guaranteed DG419, which SPDT configuration. epitaxial layer prevents latchup. Each switch conducts equally well both directions when blocks power supply level when off. DG417 DG418 respond opposite control logic levels shown Truth Table.

Switched Signal Powers Analog Switch
